With so many organizations stating they are something they are not, we are here to provide each and every client and potential customer with "transparent" information on the inspector they wish to hire.
We are here to ensure that you get the most professional service available. Other organizations do not do not even ensure that the inspector you hire is of solid moral character. At the Distinguished Inspector Society we will provide all this information, so that you know what you are getting and that every inspector is proud of his accomplishments and have nothing to hide. Each inspector has a thorough background check done by a unbiased agency and is available for you to see.
Each Inspector has been in the inspection/construction field for at LEAST 5 years (verified)
Each inspector has a sample of their report on their site, they are proud of their work and willing to show you the superior product you will receive.
All inspectors will have thermal infrared technology.
Each inspector accomplishes at least 30 hours of continuing education per year
Each inspector is mandated to give back to the community by performing at LEAST 25 hours annually to his or her community service.
Each inspectors report has been reviewed by other non-biased inspectors to ensure the best quality is present.
Each inspector has to go through an annual review from and onsite visit by a member of organization to ensure quality is being delivered. No two inspectors can inspect "each other" and must be an inspector at least 100 miles outside of the service area.
We are not an "open to all" organization and can eliminate and deny any person the board see's fit.
We are going to have an a complaint center to review all complaints and to oversee the quality of the inspector.
